Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
